service so that you can benefit from a significant time saving and concentrate

If documents for one VAT period are received
in the following VAT period then returns will be produced within 5 working
days.
Full bank reconciliation & cash balance
procedure to pick up all entries.
Accurate monthly management accounts (Trial
Balance, Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet) will be returned.
Multi-shop businesses will receive a separate
P&L for each shop where stock purchases can be split.
Potential savings on year-end audit and accountancy
fees since all schedules will be provided for your accountant.
Work supervised by experienced retail sector
professionals who know and understand your requirements.
If subscribers to this service optionally buy the
Ob-serve Retailer software then they will be supplied with a copy of the
computerised data at the end of each month, enabling them to analyse the
information, track payments etc at any time.
Mandatory one-off site visit
to set-up opening bank balances, suppliers, assets etc on the system.
Help with organising paper systems to efficiently pass information
between Ob-serve Bookkeeping Services and the customer.
